Rental Instrument Partnership Program:
In the year 2000 The Connecticut School of Music was founded. Shortly after founding the school, we recognized the importance of a rental instrument program that can provide affordable, quality instruments to students.
As educators, I am sure you have shared our frustrations of seeing faulty instruments, lack of service, and damage at the hands of small children. What we can provide for you is an antidote to your daily pains!
We ensure quality, reliability and convenience. Not only do we provide a variety of instruments at different levels, our services and repair staff are also available to you. At the hands of students in the Tri-State area, our instruments have been played in some of the best concert halls in the world.
When you become our partner you too can have a rental program at your school without spending a dime. We work with you to create a customized Partner Package to ensure we meet your needs. Within our Partner Packages we can provide you with books, accessories, customized instrument set ups, deliveries and maintenance packages.
Partnership & Maintenance Packages:
Not only can we specially order your favorite books and accessories, we can also customize instrument set up including, but not limited to: strings, bows, rosin, chin rests, music stands, cleaning cloths, reeds, valve oils and more. Available in this Partner Package is also a maintenance package where we set up specified times for maintenance and service. We offer monthly, weekly and bi-weekly routine service on your instruments to ensure peak performance.
At Rental Instrument, LLC. we understand that instruments need care. Sometimes pegs slip, strings break, cracks happen, and valves get stuck – we ensure that we can be there to make any repairs you need. When we repair your instruments we provide complimentary loaner instruments to guarantee that you have your instrument at the time you need it! On top of that our string instrument department ensures that we have every size of instrument available so that as your young students grow we can upgrade sizes accordingly.
All of our services are customized to the experience that you are looking for. If you want your own rental department, we can make that happen. If you want to just set up rental agreements through us for your students, we can make that happen. If you are having a big concert or performance and you need onsite maintenance and service, we can be there. No matter what your need, we can provide you with a solution.

Another way you will save is in delivery and transportation cost. We bring all of our instruments to you. We are willing to set up an organizational method for your school’s storage and/or stock room. If you plan to have extra instruments on site, we can create a program to keep track of all of your instruments, their care, repairs and accessories sold.
