A ticket is created for our picking team to select and pack your instrument. Our delivery team brings it to your school/home or has it ready for pickup — fully set up and ready to play.

Within 24 hours. We’ll confirm your order, review your contract, and discuss insurance, instrument level, accessories, and delivery/pickup.
Strings: Yes. For violins and violas, up to 24 months of rental fees can be applied toward purchase. For cellos, up to 12 months; and for basses, up to 6 months (excluding taxes and insurance).
Winds & Brass: We offer different instrument lines (A, B, and C) with different purchase options. Some qualify for our Rent Three Years – Keep for Life program. When our customer service team calls to confirm your rental, they’ll explain exactly how rental credit works for the instrument you choose.
