Our shop and repair bench are in Norwalk, and we keep a New York location for city families and performers. But most of our customers never visit either — we deliver to schools across Connecticut and New York, free in the fall.

This is where the bench is. Walk in with a stuck valve, a slipped peg or a bridge that’s fallen over and we’ll usually sort it while you wait. It’s also where we size students for strings — a couple of minutes, no charge, no appointment.

Our Manhattan base, used for collections, returns and short-term rentals for performers. Repairs go back to the Norwalk bench, though for schools we work with there are usually arrangements we can make so nobody has to travel.
Most of our customers never visit either address
We built the business around delivery, because families are busy and a rental shouldn’t mean a Saturday drive.
- School delivery, free in the fall. Instruments arrive at the school at the start of the year, across Connecticut and New York.
- Home delivery, quoted. We deliver throughout Manhattan and across Connecticut. There’s no flat fee — it depends where you are and when you need it, so we quote it with the rental.
- Venue delivery for short-term rentals. To the hall, the hotel, or wherever you’re playing. More on short-term rentals.
- Scheduled service visits for partner schools. Weekly, every other week or monthly, our technicians work through your instruments on site. More for schools and teachers.
Where we deliver
New York
All of Manhattan, plus Bronxville and Westchester. We work with private and public schools throughout the city, and New York accounts for a large share of what we do.
Connecticut
All of Fairfield County — Norwalk, Westport, Darien, New Canaan, Fairfield, Greenwich, Stamford, Wilton, Ridgefield, Weston and the surrounding towns — plus New Haven County.

The Norwalk shop is open six days a week and you don’t need an appointment. If getting here isn’t practical, call and we’ll work out the delivery.
