Ask us anything about renting, sizing, caring for, or fixing a student instrument. Questions go to the people who do the work: our luthiers, our band technicians, and the musicians at our counter.

What happens next. We read every question. Selected ones are answered here on the site, and if we name you it is a first name and town only, never a surname and never a child’s name. We may also reply to you directly by email.

Ask it however you would ask it on the phone. There is no such thing as a silly question here.
We only ever publish a first name.
