Talk to us
A real person answers, and usually it’s someone who can actually help — not a queue and not a form that disappears. If your question is about an instrument that isn’t working, calling is faster than anything else.
Call us
Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm. Best for anything urgent, anything about a broken instrument, and short-term rentals with a tight timeline.
Come in
547 Main Avenue
Norwalk, CT 06851
Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm, no appointment needed. This is where the repair bench is, so walk-in problems usually get solved on the spot. Both locations.
Depending on what you need
Some things are quicker to start online than by phone.
Renting for the school year
Pick your instrument and start the rental online — it takes a few minutes and nothing is charged until we confirm. Browse instruments.
A performance or short stay
Short-term rentals are quoted individually. Send us the dates and the venue and you’ll have a number within a business day. Request a quote.
A school or teaching program
Call and ask for a conversation about your program. We’ll come to you with instruments so you can see what your students would be playing. More for schools.
Something wrong with an instrument? Don’t wait, and don’t try to fix it yourself — a stuck mouthpiece or a fallen bridge gets more expensive the more it’s handled. Call us or bring it in. What we fix, and what’s free.
Or your question may already be answered
Sizing, tuning, cleaning, squeaking, stuck valves, what happens if it breaks — our luthiers and technicians have written up the questions we get asked most.
