My child’s instrument stopped working. What do I do?

Call us at (203) 957-8300 and describe what is happening, or bring it to the Norwalk shop. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and you do not need an appointment.

A surprising number of broken instruments turn out to be a chipped reed, a dry valve, or a bridge that has leaned over, and those are things we can often talk you through on the phone in two minutes.

If it does need the bench, we will tell you honestly how long it will take and what it will cost before any work starts.
