What schools do you deliver to?

We deliver across Fairfield County, Connecticut, and into Westchester County and New York City. In practice that is roughly a twenty to thirty mile radius from our Norwalk shop, and about a hundred schools in a given year. Westport, Fairfield, Wilton, Weston, Norwalk, Darien, New Canaan, Stamford, Greenwich, Trumbull and Ridgefield are all within it, along with the surrounding towns.

Delivery is free, and it happens in the fall. Instruments go to the school rather than to your home, which is where your student needs them. If your order comes in after the delivery run, we will arrange something with you.

We do not need a formal relationship with your school. Most school music programs hand out a list of rental companies rather than working with one exclusively, and families choose from it. If we are on your list, ordering from us is straightforward. If we are not, you can still rent from us. Your director will not mind, and the instrument will still arrive with the others.

If your school is outside that radius, call us anyway. We have families further out who collect from the Norwalk shop, and we go beyond our usual range more often than people expect, particularly for a school with several students ordering at once.

For directors and music departments. If you want to know what we can do for a whole program, including instruments we do not list on the site, that is a conversation worth having before the school year starts rather than during it. Instruments are allocated in the weeks before term, and a request made in August is far easier to fill than the same request in October.
