Do I get a loaner instrument while mine is being fixed?

If you have the damage insurance and we have one free in the right size, yes, at no extra cost for the duration of the repair. If we do not, we move your repair up the queue instead, so your student is not waiting long.

The reason we do this is simple: a student who cannot practice for three weeks falls behind, and falling behind is often when a child decides to quit. A repair should interrupt the instrument, not the year.
