Do you ship instruments?

No. We rent in person across Connecticut and New York, we deliver locally and to the schools we serve, and that is the whole map. We do not ship instruments anywhere.

We tried it, years ago. Shipping fragile instruments to strangers in other states cost us tens of thousands of dollars in instruments that never came back, so we stopped, and the answer has been a firm no ever since.

If you are coming to the area for a performance or a visit, that is different. Our short-term renters come from all over the country, and we hand them their instrument here or deliver it locally. Tell us where you will be and when.
